Known for his leadership in the hospitality industry and his civic involvement, Pace has served as Chairman of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority, as Chair of the Baptist Healthcare Foundation, and as Chair of the Jewish Foundation of Memphis. Pace is a vocal booster of the Memphis Grizzlies and the University of Memphis Tigers, and is deeply engaged in synagogue, education, and community life. He is recognized for his business integrity, innovation, and commitment to Memphis.
