Thoughts on Entrepreneurship:

Entrepreneurship has been the cornerstone of my life’s work, shaping my journey from a 20-year-old with a vision for a start-up to leading a company that now exceeds $1 billion in revenues. It’s more than just a business pursuit—entrepreneurship is about innovation, resilience, and the courage to tackle challenges head-on while creating something meaningful.

For 43 years, I’ve witnessed firsthand how entrepreneurship fosters creativity and drives technological advancements. Every step of the journey, from building a business from the ground up to scaling it into a thriving enterprise, has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of solving real-world problems with unique solutions. Entrepreneurship isn’t just about profits; it’s about building a legacy that impacts industries, creates opportunities, and contributes to the broader community.

This path has taught me that entrepreneurship isn’t for the faint of heart—it requires vision, adaptability, and relentless determination. But it also brings the most rewarding sense of accomplishment, knowing that what started as an idea can grow into a force for innovation, economic growth, and societal progress.
