In 1992, the Society of Entrepreneurs inducted David C. Peck, recognizing him for his achievement as President of the Weston Companies. The Weston Companies is a full-service regional real estate company that has had more than a few years of continued success. Guided by David’s leadership, over the last thirty-five years, the Weston Companies developed over 24 million square feet of office buildings, retail shopping centers and industrial facilities valued at approximately $1 billion.

It’s Mr. Peck’s business outlook that has allowed him to be such a successful leader in the real estate industry, “the ultimate success of any business in today’s competitive environment takes a significant amount of creativity and imagination mixed with a willingness to take risks.” Mr. Peck’s contributions to the business community are only matched by his civic and charitable contributions. He has immersed himself in serving such organizations as the Baddour Memorial Center, the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, the University of Memphis Foundation and Methodist Health Systems.

Mr. Peck retired from Weston in 2006, where he developed over 24 million square feet of commercial properties in the Memphis area. That same year, he formed Peck Investment Company to pursue, on a limited basis, development, brokerage and investment opportunities in commercial real estate.
