“The Cost of an Unhealthy Workforce” Presented by Dr. William West, The West Clinic

Thursday, March 21, 2019 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm

Bill West is not just a physician, but also an entrepreneur. He is the founder of the highly successful West Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee and though he no longer actively practices there, it continues to bear his name in recognition of his immensely valuable past service and contributions in the treatment of cancer. West Clinic has 273 Staff members, 5 locations, 25 physicians and sees between 350-425 patients per week. At the recent 25th Anniversary of the West Clinic, almost 2000 people were in attendance in celebration of the work of the Clinic and in recognition of Bill’s enormous contributions to it. For each of the 25 years of the Clinic’s existence, a cancer survivor from that year was introduced and recognized.

In the late 1980’s, Bill also founded Response Oncology, Inc., which was a public company that developed unique cancer treatment protocols that were widely used by a network of cancer specialists throughout the country in the treatment of their patients.

Bill West has a heart for community service; including serving as Chairman of the campaign for the Alzheimer’s Day Care facility known as Dorothy’s Place. West is also involved with the American Cancer Society, Christ United Methodist Church and several other organizations.

Dr. West has recently written a book in draft form that argues for the existence of a supreme being when considering what science now knows about the creation of the universe, DNA discoveries and DNA mapping, and discoveries in higher consciousness – the way our minds work.
