“‘Entrepreneurship has had so much written about it that almost everything said about it that is accurate sounds trite. It involves a lot of determination to overcome obstacles and a lot of imagination about how to do it. The most successful usually come up with a new idea that is marketable or figure out a better way of doing something that everybody else has overlooked. The best are good at figuring how to get people to work together and who is best at doing what. They are good at motivating teams, creating excitement about achieving a goal, and at selling their ideas within and outside the company.”
