
After careful consideration by the membership committee and the Board of Directors, we are pleased to announce the selection of six (6) new members to The Society of Entrepreneurs, the new members are: Kellan Bartosch and Davin Bartosch Wiseacre; Pace Cooper, Cooper Hotels; J. Kenneth “Chip” Marston, The Marston Group and Barry Yoakum and Todd Walker, archimania.
The new members will be inducted at the 33rd Annual Dinner and Awards Banquet on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the FedEx Event Center at Shelby Farms. Please see below for more details on these outstanding new members.
Kellan & Davin Bartosch — WISEACRE Brewing Company
Brothers Kellan and Davin Bartosch took a college homebrewing hobby into 10+ Years of education and professional experience before opening WISEACRE Brewing in 2013. Now Tennessee’s largest craft brewery and a nationally recognized brand, the company has grown to produce nearly 35,000 barrels annually and distribute in 22 states. Their 2024 acquisition of Bearded Iris Brewing united the state’s top independent breweries. Deeply rooted in Memphis, the brothers regularly support local nonprofits and community events, embodying entrepreneurial vision and civic commitment.
Pace Cooper — Cooper Hotels
As long term leader of family-owned Cooper Hotels, Pace Cooper has driven his family’s hospitality company into a multi-state enterprise of 17 Hilton-affiliated properties generating over $120 million in annual revenue and growing. Known for his leadership in the hospitality industry and his civic involvement, Pace has served as Chairman of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority, as Chair of the Baptist Healthcare Foundation, and as Chair of the Jewish Foundation of Memphis. Pace is a vocal booster of the Memphis Grizzlies and the University of Memphis Tigers, and is deeply engaged in synagogue, education, and community life. He is recognized for his business integrity, innovation, and commitment to Memphis.
J. Kenneth “Chip” Marston — The Marston Group
Chip Marston founded The Marston Group with modest resources and built it into one of the region’s most respected independent accounting and advisory firms. Known for integrity and a client-focused approach, he has helped families, nonprofits, and businesses achieve long-term success. Chip has held leadership roles with the Dixon Gallery & Gardens, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis, Make-A-Wish Mid-South, First Tee Tennessee, and many other civic organizations. His career reflects entrepreneurial drive, professionalism, and a deep dedication to community service.
Barry Yoakum & Todd Walker — archimania
As co-principals of archimania, Barry Yoakum and Todd Walker have shaped the region’s architectural landscape through innovative, community-oriented design. Under their leadership, the firm has earned more than 350 awards and national recognition for design excellence and sustainability practices. Both are Fellows in the category of Design of the American Institute of Architects, placing them among the profession’s top 1% of practitioners. Beyond their design achievements, Barry and Todd actively support cultural, educational, and civic organizations, demonstrating a shared commitment to mentoring, community building, and elevating the urban landscape.
