Bill Courtney is best-known as the former Manassas High football coach who turned his team around and inspired the 2012 Academy Award-winning documentary “Undefeated.” He’s also the owner of the Memphis-based, multimillion-dollar international business Classic American Hardwoods Inc. But in his free time, Courtney hosts “An Army of Normal Folks,” a successful podcast that posits America’s problems can be solved by regular people rather than politicians and talking heads. “I think it’s gonna take an army of normal folks seeing places of need, matching your passion with your talents and just helping in your little corner of the world,” Courtney said.
