In 2010, the firm was sold to EMJ of Chattanooga. In Memphis and the Mid-South, the firm is known as Inman/EMJ Construction.

Frank has given back to the community in many ways, including being active with the Church Health Center, MIFA, Memphis Rotary Club, William R. Moore School of Technology, and mentoring minorities in construction.
